so i hate it when my kids don't stay home when they're sick...because i inevitably end up getting sick. such is the case right now. 2 days of massive stomach problems...the works. ewww. in the process i pulled my shoulder, pinched nerve city, excruciating pain at 3:30am...winding up in the chiropractors office getting ultrasound. great!
